She believes transition is rarely tidy, but it is often where growth, opportunity, and meaningful reinvention flourish.

Carol’s own career has included multiple professional chapters: corporate, community, and board leadership roles, much experience in the technology sector, and the creation of her own business. Through firsthand experience, she understands that transition can shake you, sharpen you, open doors you may not have opened otherwise, and prompt you to ask a few big questions like “what now?”
