As an entrepreneur, Carol established Bergeron Associates – a consulting, coaching, and facilitating firm with over 25 years of impact. She provides strategic visioning, multi-generational leadership development or succession planning, and leadership learning services, generating positive results across life sciences, healthcare, technology, professional services, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors.

Committed to community and board leadership, Carol is especially passionate about advocating diverse talent and fulfillment in senior living. Notably, she co-founded the Executive Exchange program, which supports the advancement of professionals in life sciences. And she promotes the Scandinavian model of senior care, aiming to improve wellbeing and longevity.
