I am passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations successfully take on life’s biggest transitions.

I am a seasoned business leader with a profound dedication to guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through transformative periods. My own story is one of navigating three distinct careers each marked by its own set of challenges and triumphs.

Human Capital Champion – My career began in the fast-paced world of high-technology firms experiencing rapid growth. As the human resources lead, I played a pivotal role in shaping talent strategies and essential human resources infrastructure. Drawing from my upbringing in a tech-savvy family (nearly all engineers), I adapted seamlessly to tech company culture, spearheading initiatives in employee engagement, learning & development, total compensation, and performance & overall talent management. My expertise proved invaluable during times of transition when my contributions extended beyond human resources and into organizational imperatives like strategic planning, business pivots, and merger integrations.

Eager to broaden my impact to assist more people, I have taken to writing.

Board & Community Leader – As my reach grows, so does my commitment to the community. In concert with consulting, I serve on various boards leveraging my expertise to promote gender equality and improve senior living. Notably, I co-founded an executive program which supports the advancement of women and men in life sciences and advocates the Scandinavian culture of care for seniors to enhance wellbeing and longevity.

Through my roles as corporate leader, consultant & coach, and board director, my reputation includes excellence in envisioning new strategic directions, leveraging human capital as a competitive advantage, and helping people navigate professional and personal transitions with a focus on self-discovery, collaboration, and innovation.
